Write in style ~ GIVEAWAY!!

There are some brands that you just automatically associate with quality, and Parker is one of them. By reputation, they're a good, long-lasting pen. Because of their design, with replaceable cartridges, they're a wonderful gift for any occasion.

The Parker Pen Company was founded in 1888. Since then, they have developed several different types of pens and well as inks, and their pens have been used all over the world, including at some important historic events, such as the signing of the World War II Armistices.

Along with top style and aesthetic appeal, Parker pens really do write beautifully. Their latest collection, the Parker 5th, is a new generation of pens featuring a flexible writing tip. Among the pens in this collection, the Parker IM range.  The IM models are available in many colours and finishes including Premium Etched Matte (black, metallic and pink) and Chiseled Chrome or Gunmetal.

The Parker IM, along with many other models of Parker pens, is available at Staples and throughout Canada at fine writing retailers with prices ranging from $18 to $80 depending on the model of choice. For more information, visit

The Parker pen is a subject of a slight bit of contention in this house. Because we were sent one with a gender neutral casing to try out, there's been a bit of discussion as to whose pen it should be! The discussion's not over yet, but we're both very pleased with how it writes and holds. It's a very comfortable pen to use, and the flow of the ink is very satisfactory - no blotching or hesitant ink flow here!

The Parker IM is available in Fine of Medium nib, and along with the traditional black and blue, four new colours have been introduced: peacock blue, olive green, burgundy and purple. So you can write in style and in full-colour too! :)

Win it!

One lucky Canadian Glimpse reader is going to win a Parker Pen this holiday season!!
