I am very pleased with how well the Knot Genie has worked with our girls - particularly the oldest one, who also has the longest hair. The brush features different lengths of teeth on it and when brushing, they gently work to untangle the hair - without hardly any effort! We've used the brush on both wet and dry hair and it works great both ways. Perhaps, one of my favorite features of the brush is that since it provides such a gentle 'hair-brushing experience' it eliminates breakage and split ends. That in itself is a huge plus, since split ends & breakage definitely do NOT help with giving your little girl a pain-free, pull-free hair-do! It is also shaped in a way that fits nicely into your palm and makes brushing easy for both mom & child. The Knot Genie seems like such a simple concept...but I have to say that it really does work great when it comes to getting out those nasty knots & tangles!
