Live Clean for Kids!

We are big fans of the Live Clean company in this house. I think every member of the family uses at least one product from Live Clean! There are a quite a few things I really like about the company in general - maybe the most important is that they have something for everyone!

Recently I was sent a selection of Live Clean products that they call the Heroes - the products that are the most popular and loved! Some of these we've used before and some are new to our household - it's always fun to try new things! I'll focus in today on the products for children - and tell you more about the products for adults later!

Live Clean Envirokidz products include Berry Burst 2-in-1 shampoo, Fruit Explosion 2-in-1 Shampoo and Tropical Splash Detangler. We've tried these before and are loving them again. The Berry Burst Shampoo works great for the boys' short hair, while the Fruit Explosion Shampoo is more suitable for our little girl's increasingly long, curly and knotty hair because of it's extra conditioning. Bottles are decorated in a way that makes them seem cool for kids, with superhero figures (not licensed ones) and graphics. Both shampoos are tear-free, mild formulas that foam up well while the kids are rubbing their hair, and easily rinse out.

Live Clean Baby is a complete line up of products for baby, from diaper ointment to lotion and shampoo. The Soothing Relief collection was created with baby's dry skin in mind and made with colloidal oatmeal, while the "regular" collection is moisturizing and mild. Both collections include a baby wash, lotion, non-petroleum jelly and diaper ointment. As well, there's a baby soap and shampoo that are part of the regular collection. We really like the Soothing Relief lotion - Miss A's skin tends to be very dry and we use this twice daily on her whole body. When her eczema really flared up in the diaper area (poor kid), the non-petroleum jelly helped to create a barrier on her skin so it didn't get more irritated. We've used the body wash occasionally too, and it has a pleasant but not overpowering fragrance and foams up nicely to clean her off.
