My Favorite Recipes (for kids!) ~ GIVEAWAY!

"What's for supper?" "What's for lunch?" and most important..."What's for snack?" These are questions that most moms get asked at least once a day, and most likely many more times than that! Our kids are always curious about what we will be eating...and not only that, but they love to be my "kitchen helper"! There's something fun about sticking your fingers into a big bowls of dough or pretending that you're building a mountain with the chopped veggies or meat that we are mixing up. I love having my children helping me in the kitchen and it's so fun to create new, exciting and tasty foods for our family together.

DK Canada carries the perfect tool for parents and children who love to cook together in the kitchen. My Favorite Recipes by Annabel Karmel is a fabulous cookbook that has more than 40 recipes - which were carefully chosen to provide healthy, fun and family friendly meals and snacks. Annabel Karmel is a leading author on cooking for children and she has written more than 15 books, her recipes have been featured in a variety of prominent websites & magazines as well as she's often been heard on radio and TV shows! Needless to say, My Favorite Recipes is a perfect fit for families.

The recipes included in this cookbook are simple, easy to follow and include real-life photographs with plenty of color to keep little ones interested and to inspire both kids and parents to make healthy & delicious foods! You'll find some of the good, classic recipes such as Tomato Soup and you'll also be able to discover some new recipes...perhaps maybe the Rice Arancini or the Lamb tagine might catch your eye? Of course you can't skip the tasty treats and snack ideas. You'll find great ideas such as the Easy Berry Ice Cream or the Peanut Butter Bears.

My Favorite Recipes is a great book to add to your recipe cupboard. It will certainly be enjoyed by both adults and children alike!

WIN IT!
