Sleep...something we ALL need! :) But when it comes time to finally lay down in bed, rest your tired head/neck on the pillow, pull up some cozy blankets and go to sleep, I sometimes find that, despite how tired I am, it still takes me a while to drift off into dreamland. So, is there something simple that could improve my quality of sleep...and your quality of sleep? We recently received a Mediflow Waterbase Pillow. I have seen this type of pillow a few times before, but never really took a good look at it until now. Mediflow was founded about 15 years ago and since then has earned an amazing reputation for both its innovation and clinically proven results! The concept is rather simple...but it makes a world of difference when it comes to sleep. The bottom half of the pillow is a strong "pocket" that you fill up with water. The top side of the pillow, is a regular, soft, stuffed pillow. But together, these two parts of the pillow create something that is so comfortable and easy to rest your tired head/neck on.
In fact, Mediflow pillows have a several benefits that I'd love to highlight:
~ They are clinically proven to improve sleep quality
~ The pillows are hypoallergenic
~ They can help you fall asleep faster and have less middle-of-the-night wake ups.
~ The pillows can rejuvenate your skin and reverse the negative effects of fatigue and tiredness
How did it work for me? The pillow was easy to use, with simple instructions. It also gives you the option of adding as much or as little water as you'd like into the back pocket of the pillow to suit your own needs. As for comfortability, it was great! The pillow molds to fit you, which makes getting comfortable and falling asleep so much easier. As well, the Mediflow pillows are very durable - and come with a 3 year warranty. They are made to last, and the need to worry about your pillow leaking or breaking (with proper use) is not an issue. Mediflow is a trusted brand, and their Waterbased Pillows are a fabulous solution to helping us improve our quality (and quantity) of sleep!
WIN IT!

Clinical sleep trials at Johns Hopkins School showed that the Mediflow pillow is preferred over other cervical pillows and that it improves the quality of sleep. Scientific studies have linked enhanced quality of sleep with improved quality of life.
