We got to try out 3 of the cleaning products in the iQ line-up: all-purpose cleaner, bathroom cleaner and glass cleaner. A 4th product, floor cleaner, is also available. All come in a spray bottle - something I really like for cleaning. Each one is a different colour, with a different natural scent. I tend to avoid scented products because they're usually so strong and sickeningly artificial; these products are lightly scented, just enough to make the clean area smell fresh without overpowering the whole house or requiring the use of a heavy-duty exhaust fan.

iQ cleaners were created as a result of people questioning the conventional approach to cleaning. Well, I had a question too, namely

"Do they really work?"

YES!! All of the products I've used have made our cleaning much easier. The other day, my husband cleaned the mat that goes under our son's booster seat in the car. Gross and grungy. After a few sprays of the all-purpose cleaner, and a quick wipe with a cloth (no scrubbing), all the gunk was gone. Just like that. The glass cleaner has been great on our windows (window cleaning is NOT one of my strong points, so they really needed it!) and our stainless steel appliances and our mirrors. And the bathroom cleaner makes quick work of soap and toothpaste scum on the sink, grungy stuff in the shower, etc! We've noticed that a little bit of spray goes a long way - it's very powerful stuff!

What is the coolest thing about iQ cleaners? The cartridge system. Have you ever wondered why you are paying for a product at the store that is mostly water, when you have perfectly good water in your tap? That's the theory here. You can buy a cartridge of concentrate: very small, extremely reasonably priced and fill up your spray bottle at home! Our spray bottles were shipped empty, so we could experience just how cool the cartridges really are! You simply fill up the bottle with water, insert the cartridge, screw on the lid (which opens the cartridge inside the bottle) and watch the coloured concentrate swirl around in the water! The kids loved it - it was like a science experiment! :)

I've alluded to this a few times already: the cost of iQ cleaners is noticeably less than other products. It's great to get a product that's environmentally friendly and that really cleans effectively, but if you have to pay more for it than what you usually buy, you're not likely to do so.
