Nature Made Sleep ~ Giveaway! 2/7

I think it's safe to say that almost everyone has a hard time falling asleep sometimes. Whether it's a big decision on our minds, too much coffee, or just a hard time sleeping in general, we all have our bad nights.

Nature Made Sleep is an awesome solution to this problem. I know I hate using unneccessary medication, and would rather go with a more natural remedy most of the time. Nature Made Sleep is an all-natural sleep aid that will help you drift off to a soothing, restful sleep.

The active ingredient in Nature Made Sleep is Melatonin, which is a hormone that naturally occurs in our bodies. It is responsible for setting our internal clock, and so taking a melatonin supplement like Nature Made Sleep will help to reset that clock, resulting in a much more restful sleep.

I have to admit that I wasn't able to personally try this product (though it sure would have come in handy some nights!) as I'm still nursing Emery. While melatonin is a natural hormone, it is still not considered safe to take while pregnant or breastfeeding. Please take that into consideration when thinking about taking this sleep aid, and talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns.
