I would use dark brown on the front, teal on the heel and white on the band.
In the front, I would use lime green, back bright dark blue and white on the inside.

I would use the unique leather skins hide no. 6 (orange) for the front part and then I will use lime green/apple green (colour 12) as the heel and mustard yellow as the band.

Front and Heel in cream (the light green) and band in brown, lettering in brown. Shoes get dirty and scuffed easily when worn a lot, so you don't want a white color (dirt shows more) nor do you want a super dark color (gets scuffed).
