Belly Buttons & Babies - GIVEAWAY!!

In my quest to use more natural personal care products for our family, I've come across another great company with products for (expectant) mothers and babies! Belly Buttons & Babies is Fran's "baby", and Fran, as well as being a Mom, is an experienced Certified Aromatherapist, Aromatherapy & Facial Procedures Specialist, Oriental Diagnostic Consultant and Herbal Remedy Specialist. There are products for use during and after pregnancy as well as to care for your baby once he or she has made an appearance!


Belly Buttons & Babies sent us 3 products to try out: Pink Grapefruit Body Lotion, Lavender Chamomile Baby Body Wash/Shampoo, and Lavender Chamomile Mom & Baby Cream.

The Pink Grapefruit Lotion was for me. :) (no possessiveness there at all!) I've been using this as an after-shower lotion, and right from the very first time, I noticed an improvement in the moisture level of my skin. My legs especially were very dry, and looked and felt noticeably better when I started using this lotion. It's grapefruit scent is present but not overpowering. It can be used all over the body, but is especially good for softening those tough knees and elbows and heels.

The Lavender Chamomile Baby Body Wash/Shampoo is great for bath time, especially in the evening, as the scent is very relaxing. The wash foams up nicely, and we also used it very successfully as a bubble bath, with the assumption that some in the water would also help get our kids a bit cleaner!

The Lavender Chamomile Mom and Baby Cream has the same gentle scent, and is easy to rub in, even on the wiggliest of wigglies! It contains shea butter, sweet almond oil and calendula, all known for their properties to protect, nourish and soothe the skin.


Belly Buttons & Babies also carries other products for moms and babies - great-sounding creams and scrubs that I would like to try as well!
