Last year I had the privilege of trying out a Gurumama pouch sling as well as a Gurumama ring sling. Here is the review I posted.

I was lucky to be able to try both a pouch and a ring sling.

The pouch is absolutely gorgeous! It reverses from a vibrant print to a rich chocolate brown. I definitely got a few compliments while wearing this pouch!

The stretch cotton makes for a very comfortable fit. I also found the seam pocket to be a great feature. It's just the right size for those smaller things you need to take with you.

I love pouches for their simplicity and ease of use. Gurumama pouches are a great option for the mom on the go.





Having never had the chance to use a heavier weight ring sling before, I I definitely wasn't used to the extra bulk on my shoulder, but after I wore it for a while, I found it to be very comfortable and I was able to wear Bria for over an hour while she slept. I also noticed the extra weight of the tail while putting the sling on, but once Bria was in the sling, I hardly noticed at all. I liked knowing that the sling was super strong and would easily support a growing child.

The tail pocket on the ring sling is a great feature. It is a very generous size, and could easily hold a couple diapers and some wipes! Or just toss in your keys and wallet and you're ready for a shopping trip.

Gurumama offers many great funky fabrics to choose from. The ring slings are also available with a reversible option.
