Let's Talk Natural...& A GIVEAWAY (worth $80!)

I've always been a fan of products that are natural and that I KNOW won't have any harmful side effects or cause some other sort of damage in the long run. But I have to say that since I became a mom, my want for natural products has quadrupled (at least! haha). :) I want the very best for my kids...and that means that I'd WAY rather use items that I know without out a doubt are safe and completely natural. That's why I was so thrilled to find a Canadian company that specializes in natural products. Nature Bella offers a HUGE variety of fabulous products, and almost all of their products are made right here in Canada! Since I now have a little girl one product that definitely caught my eye is their Calidou Detangler with Honey! Mmmm...it sounds delicious (although it's obviously not meant for eating! ;) ). Emily's hair is not quite long enough to get any tangles in it yet, but when it does I'm sure this will be the perfect thing to use! It's made of a formula of HONEY-QUAT 50TM, a laboratory tested blend of honeys that are rich in vitamins and amino acids which serve to moisturize and nourish my baby girls hair. Another item that I was excited to try was Nature Bella's Goat Milk Soap. We are huge fans of goat milk around here, and Tate has actually been drinking goat milk since he stopped nursing. I have never tried Goat Milk Soap before, and was 100% impressed with it! It lathered easily, and after using it for several days, I can notice that my skin actually feels a bit less dry. I have a horrible time with dry skin in winter, so perhaps this is part of the solution. Goat milk soap is rich in vitamins and minerals, and should both hydrate and nourish your skin - perfect for our DRY (and I mean DRY!!) winters. Nature Bella also has a variety of other wonderfully natural products...everything from Nausea tea (to help reduce morning sickness when pregnant!), insect repellent milk or lotion (mosquito's apparently like Canada so this is a must in summer), deodorant (nobody wants you to go without some of this! haha ;) ), Mommy and Baby massage oil, and SO much more.

WIN IT! Nature Bella will be offering 5 AMAZING giveaways throughout the next months! There will be something for everyone so make sure to be on the lookout for these giveaways. This week Nature Bella is offering a giveaway of their Trio Cellu-System (worth $80!!) The trio Cellu-System consists of toning tea, toning capsules, and toning cream. The aging process will occur whether we like it or not and these products are designed to naturally target the appearance of your skin to make it look healthier and younger! In order to get ONE entry, simply leave a comment with one thing you try to do to make your home more of a "natural" environment!

For TWO entries, add our button to your blog, and come leave ANOTHER comment letting us know you've added our button.

For THREE entries, post about this contest on your blog, linking back to this post and to Nature Bella, and come leave ANOTHER comment letting us know you've done this as well.

Make sure to leave a separate comment for each additional entry! Due to the fact that this is a heavier package to mail, this contest is open to CANADIAN addresses only! :) (but no worries...some of the upcoming contests will be open to EVERYONE! :) ). Contest ends November 24, 2008.

We've been using only cloth napkins as one of our 'natural' solutions. We all love them now, so much softer than the paper kind!

That detangler looks great! I'll check out their site right away! To make my home more natural, I limit chemicals in the house - no deodorants, SLS & paraben etc products, make my own cleaning products or use 'safe' ones, use cloth pads, and I could go on and on.

I use only natural cleaning products as well, especially due to our babies' sensitive skin.
Thanks!

We use cloth diapers and wipes (facecloths) at home. I also only use natural cleaners around the house - better for the environment and our little guy!

We are slowly but surely replacing all of our "non green" products with "green" ones. Everything from cleaning products to makeup!

This looks fabulous!

Thanks

This contest ends on my daughter's birthday, I think that's a good sign!

I just switched to a natural glass cleaner from Epicure, smells so good, even my 4 year old comments on it and that makes me happy since I know it's not chemicals in the air from my cleaning that he's smelling.

I have switched to natural cleaners - I love method and clorox greenworks but I also make my own at home. I have started using natural laundry detergents - we try to reduce our laundry by using towels less and we use cold water for washing.

I make all my own cleaners, and am even starting to make some of my own beauty products. I also went as far as to make my own laundry soap.

I am making my friend her own natural baby wipes. I made my step mom eye cream too! I love it!

Thanks so much!

My husband strongly believes in helping the environment. We recycle everything we can, only use Norwex cleaning product, compost and switching to LEd lighting.

We don't use paper products such as paper plates, napkins, cups, etc. It's just too wasteful and bad on the environment!

I use mostly all "natural" products to clean my home. I make most of my own cleaners, using vinegar or tea tree oil. We no longer use paper towels, we use cloth napkins, and we use towels to clean up messes. No 'baby wipes' we have special wash clothes for that, that we wash alone.

I use all natural cleaning products in my home; vinegar, baking soda, lemon juice & salt primarily. I find these things clean my house just as well as the expensive chemicals from the store, and my sensitive skin doesn't react to the natural products!
